Join Mary Rizzo from The Cheese Traveler and learn the tips and tricks for assembling a beautiful Cheese and Charcuterie Box.
Participants will learn how to create a balanced cheese assortment, how to cut and style cheese for presentation and how to transform cured meats into attractive displays.
Snacks and Light refreshments provided.
