Tim Fealey - Founder
An award-winning illustrator and designer, Tim co-founded Compas Life (also Upstate of Mind) in 2015 after trading New York City's hustle for his native Upstate New York. He now manages the Upstate of Mind brand and spends his days creating work that's equal parts clever and colorful.
Petros Loupesis
Petros is an Upstate lifer and diner owner/enthusi
ast. He partnerd with Tim because he belives in the vision and works with our vendors to make Upstate of Mind a worldwide brand.
Eric Gerard
Eric works as an illustrator, packing specialist, and sales associate for Upstate of Mind!
Saryn Taylor
Saryn works as a communications manager and sales associate for Upstate of Mind. After moving to New York from Florida, she finds Upstate to be a much happier (and snower) place! Saryn has been working for USOM for 6 months.
Our journey has taken many twists and turns, but the Compas Life has always brought us to the Upstate of Mind™. Much of our collection has evolved to showcase this and throughout the next phase of our journey, we are excited to embrace new adventures and share them with you.
