When planning my most recent trip, I really wanted to trek north to Great Smoky Mountains National Park. This is one of most visited park in the United States and once we arrived it was clear why people love to come here. There is much to see from wild animals to powerful streams and gorgeous blue mountains. At certain parts of the park it did get a little chilly even in the summer, so it would be best prepared to bring a jacket or pullover. There are secret sections in the park that require you to hike in order to find such as log cabins, old pioneer pieces and beautiful waterfalls. This park is vast and it will take days to discover everything in the Smokies. Take a breather and enjoy nature!
